Aww please come back and update this story. RoLo was just starting to find their way.

I had to reread from the top because it's been a while, but I finally caught up!

What bothered me most about this story on my initial read-through of this was that I had a hard time picturing Ororo/Scott as being a thing, even if it was a onesided unrequited thing. They didn't strike me that way! Upon further reflection, if the movies expected us to believe that Logan was completely and totally In Love with Jean after barely knowing her, I found that Ororo loving Scott quietly and secretly to be easier to believe haha.

I also hated how Logan treated Ororo's "dirty little secret", because wow he has absolutely no right to talk to her that way after how he flaunted his attraction for Jean in Scott's face :( So I'm kind of in Storm's camp for this (tbh I'm usually in Ororo's camp. Team 'Ro ftw.), and I'm curious to see where this goes in terms of their relationship. A few chapters ago she was ready to tear him a new one, so I'm hoping to see some light shed on how that has changed/will continue to change.

Also, Kitty and Warren are adorable in this. As are Betsy and Piotr, haha. But I think the true challenge here is for you to make me believe that Forge won't be better for Ororo in this story (hopefully without vilifying him!) because dang if you didn't make him super likable and awesome and competent and sexy all at once...!!

Author's Response: God, I know. Forge took on a life of his own and we haven't seen the last of him yet. Logan pissed me off in that scene, man. I wanted to stab him. Don't worry, I've got a plan. Be prepared for a gigantic time-lapse! I promise, no villifying Forge, I love him too much.
