The last line was the only one that didn't quite fit with the rest. It was too pat to suit the strong prose in the rest of the story, but that's only because the rest of the story was so elegant with all of the feral imagery. I love that this was written from Storm's point of view, with her expressing her needs and pursuing him.

I liked that you couldn't really tell if this was movie canon or comic canon, too. Interesting choice of color for Logan's eyes, usually they're never gray. I favor them as dark brown or black, or occasionally amber. It seems like recent creative teams have been making them blue, which doesn't gel with my image of him.

This story struck a chord with me. It should stay a one-shot, but it would be great to have a follow-up from his point of view for how he feels about what happened at the lake, and what he plans to do about it.

Author's Response: Thank you very much for your kind critique and review, CeeCee. I'm glad it struck a chord with you an' I too felt it could stand alone, but it does have a sequel... however, I feel that both parts of the overall storyline can stand alone, separately, or as a complete two-part story. I suppose it just depends on how you'd like to view them. Thank you for the feedback, it's appreciated. --- W6C

Ororo could tame the beast in me if she want's to try. I mean she is so exotic, erotic, beautiful ,sexxy, loving and very wonderful not to mention smart and intelligent.

Author's Response: I agree whole-heartedly with your opinion of Ororo Munroe... she IS a goddess in every way. Thanks for the comments. --- W6C

Again, one of the first fics I've read. Great ending to "walkin On The Wild Side".

Author's Response: It would be a great ending, but it's actually the prequel to "Walkin' On the Wild Side". Now go... read 'em again in the proper order. *grin* Thanks, Toughie. --- W6C
