You've done it again! Fantastic job. The whole story was riveting right from the very start. Not just the RoLo romance, which I loved, but the whole story! And I LOVED that you let Forge redeem himself by giving Storm back her powers! ]

Wonderful job!

Author's Response: Thanks, QT. I loved Forge back in the day, I always thought he was a charming but unfortunate character for his role in taking away her powers, and it sucked for him, because he was so infatuated with her. I loved Uncanny after the Fall of the Mutants storyline, when they lived together alone for a year and just got to know each other, and I also enjoyed their relationship, even though it was struggling, after they got back together in subsequent issues of Uncanny and X-Factor back in the nineties. But I love RoLo the most. Best pairing ever. I wrote this story to explore Logan's back story a little, and to play with the link that he might have to Magneto. The romance was fun to write; I joked with my friends about Ororo's "piece of pie" speech, since I had a bad breakup in college, and this guy told one of his friensd to ask for my number after he dumped me!!! My friend, who knew the guy I broke up with, just tsked and said "You're not a piece of pie! He can't just take one bite and hand you over to someone else! What an a**hole!" So, slightly different context, but I could hear Ororo saying that in my head for that scene. Logan, for me, needed to show that he was in it to stay and to quit pushing her away, only reaching for her again when she showed an interest in someone else.

Author's Response: I think that's one of the nicest reviews I've gotten on this site so far, thank you so much for the gracious compliment. I'm glad you enjoyed it, Nata. There will hopefully be more updates coming, as I begin to build some ideas.

Perfect ending, Cee. So cute. I'm glad Forge found a way to bring back her powers; and her smile. :)
Loved Logan's panic and protectivness as Ro was engulfed in that green light.
"His stomach bade him goodbye, he knew he left it somewhere on the ground." LOL Poor guy. ;D

Author's Response: I always laugh over the idea of Logan being acrophobic, I don't know why. Poor guy!

Awww, this was a great read the first time and a wonderful read the second, The nuances of character you give them make them entirely yours, and you write them very believable. not easy to do when dealing with mutant super powers and what not. As loathe as I ma to see any good story end, this one ended beautiful. Happy without being Sappy. Great job, Cee. Hope to get some more fic from you soon!

Author's Response: squeeeee! Thank you for the wonderful review, sweetness. On the one hand, I love reading stories where they have powers, but writing it is HARD!!! And I can write nuances! Who knew??? *smooches*

aww that was so cute!!! I kind of feel bad for Forge, but I can't really blame Logan for what he did. Besides, 'Ro taking him flying might as well be enough karma for him and his stomach lol

Author's Response: Bad karma for his stomach. That's funny! Forge is fine now. No more guilt, and the women he loves is happy, even if it's with someone else. Glad you liked it, Tiger!
