See the only problem I have now is, I freakin' want to read more! I hate when that happens.
Anyway, its nice having Mags being introduced in these last chapters. Its cool having him be more of normal slightly arrogant as oppose to the ultimately arrogant guy he is in the movies in the Comics.

I really love this phrase. It was an amazingly put together metaphor for the experience Logan was describing. I'm sorry, I have a thing about certain phrases and words. And descriptive lines are one of my vices. ^^
In fact that whole exchange between Logan and Ororo was so masterfully done, I have nothing but praise for you.

Author's Response: I'm still working on that. Logan will be key to getting them out. Moira, Sean and Beast haev a bigger chore on their hands in figuring out what's wrong with Jean. Don't count Kitty out, either. Read the original God Loves, Man Kills trade; they bundled it into the Xtreme Xmen story arc when they republished it. Kitty kicked butt.

Just because he can survive ten thousand bullets, Marvel, doesn't mean you should make him so that, issue after issue...but I digress. Glad you like Kitty and Piotr. yay! i'm so glad you've added another chapter to this! i love all your fics, but this one has a special place in my heart, since i absolutely love these early comics. i've often thought long and hard about how they could be 'ro'lo'd up,' so to speak, and i think you've done a magnificent job with it thus far. looking forward to see how things unfold with the scary FoH people!

Yeah, I am trying to RoLo up the old issues by Claremont, since there was always a scant undercurrent of their relationship in those story arcs, at least when the comic wasn't the Scott and Jean Show. Author's Response: hee! Yeah, Emma's a real firecracker. Phoenix is kinda peeking around, looking for a good time to rise, but it won't be immediate. This isn't a Phoenix/Scott/Logan triangle, thank goodness...one nice departure from the comics. Logan and Ro will have time to talk.

Awesomeness! Loved Kurt, John and Ali in action. And Kitty totally rocks.
Damn, that last line almost made me cry. Okay, Logan sleeping in his chair probably isn't typical crying material -LOL- but it shows once more that he's nearing the end of his lifespan. Gads, there's that lump in my throat again; I need to stop thinking about this. I'm too sentimental. :)

Author's Response: Yeah, let's go get 'Ro! Glad you liked John, Kurt and Ali. Ali won't be back any time soon, but she was fun to toss in there. There will be more John soon, even though he is still a peripheral character. Logan sleeping in his chair? Yeah, it is kind of a sign of his decline. Guy's had enough of hard times at this point, and just wants to rest with his lost love and friends. But that's an underlying theme, so I hope that doesn't ruin it for you.
