Poor Rouge! I cannot imagine "accidentally" killing your father and then still hearing him in your head has to be torture.

Author's Response: Yeah, I tried to do something a bit darker with Rogue this time around. The poor girl's actually been halfway paranoid since the beginning of the story. I tried to depict some of the things she's heard in a earlier chapter. I don't know if anyone pick it up. But Yeah, she's had a very tragic past. Thanks for the review! ^^

Author's Response: Hehehehe, I'm glad you enjoyed that. And I totally agree, which is why I wrote it. It struck me that, someone like Bobby that's probably grew up in the mansion looking up to someone like Scott. So when Logan enters the mansion, he's like "Holy sh--!!!!" The dude's a bit grump, doesn't smile, and has very intense penetrating stare. Someone like Logan would scare the pants off of normal guys. Which is why it was hilarious for me. ^^ Thanks for the review hon!

I love this. I reviewed this before, and my review disappeared, I think.

I like his reactions to how pretty she looks, and her reactions to him. It's nice to just see good, old-fashioned attraction in a fic and some flirting.

Awesome line. That, and Artie's "Teenagers are weird." That was right on the money.

Author's Response: I'm glad you picked up on that, especially the flirting between the two. One of my favorite things about writing romance stories is the playful flirting and banter between the couples. And when you deal with Ororo and Logan, two very strong willed people, Ororo is attracted to Logan but she sometimes acts as if she's just putting up with his advances although she loves every minute of it. And you have Logan, the guy is falling for the woman ( and who would blame him) but he still wants to play it cool, tough guy type of thing. Its fun because you have to play around a bit. Have a tango with words.

I love the quiet time between them and the conversation. That is definitely what a relationship between them would be like in the comics, if Marvel would have ever stepped up. I like how they tease each other, despite Logan's melancholy.

Can't wait to see more of Forge.

This chapter was a nice interlude for whatever is to come next.

Author's Response: CeeCee, I have to say hearing that response from a long time marvel reader is a very big compliment. To be honest a lot of the dialogue here was inspired by some of your stories as well as Windy. You guys do such a great job! I really wanted most of the things in this chapter light since all of the drama from the last couple. Something nice and quiet before the next batch of craziness starts. Forge is going to be coming with some important info, not to mention a little misunderstanding being brought in as well. There is also a 4th familiar party that will also come into play in the next chapter. The storm is coming! (no pun intended)

Poor guy never stood a chance when she showed up with her hair down and that tiny white nightie. She definitely still has that nurturing, protective edge that you associate with comic book 'Ro. Keep going with this. I just like their exchanges. I also thought it was a good move making her watch Marie and realizing that she could reach out to him, too.

Author's Response: Glad you liked it! I have to say this chapter and the chapter coming up were ones I was looking forward to writing. I'm trying to put a different emotional ranges for everyone since i'm not going by the movie's plot. Some nice RoLo in store in the next chapter. ^^

Author's Response: Ok...This will be clarified in the next chapter but that wasn't Silver Fox. Basically Sabs found another woman and had the great idea, "Hey this will *really* help the Runt remember me!" The thing with Silver Fox did happen but a long time ago. So it was like Logan was remembering that, plus what occurred today in Stark Industries. Which compounded his break. Thank you for the compliment on Logan, now if i can get everyone else down pat, I'll be golden. ^^ Major RoLo next chap!
