Day 30 Trial 29 Sunday

'My name is Ororo Munroe. I am headmistress of Xavier's School for the gifted. I am being held her against my will. I will not be a pawn in their game.' She chanted willing herself to not forget what is most important to her. It would only be a matter of time before she will lose all recollection of her life. She didn't know what the drug would do only that it would turn her into another person. Storm laid in the corner as she saw the turret system turn off. She didn't flinch when she saw X-23 come into her cell with a plate.

"Eat." One word that is all she ever gives her. It is the most she has gotten out of her from her repeated food deliveries. Ororo had to remind herself that she was also a pawn in this sick and twisted game. She was being used just like her.

Ororo reached for the food as X-23 watched her eat. Ororo didn't say anything else as she ate a little of what was provided. She never ate all for fear of it being drugged. She pushed the tray away from her and went back to her corner. X-23 retrieved the dish and left the area causing the turret to come back online.

Day 31 Trial 30 Monday

Ororo shivered in the corner as she tried to readjust to her surroundings. She was forced out of her mind by the creaking of the door. She looked up to see X-23 holding her meal.

"Eat." She said as she placed the meal on the floor. Ororo inched over to the tray as she at a few of the objects. "All of it." Ororo didn't listen to her as she crawled back to her corner. She could feel it from just the small amount of what she was ingesting someone was poisoning her food but she doesn't know who.

Day 33 Trial 32 Wednesday

It happens again. X-23 brings Ororo her meal. She tries to get her to eat more than what she takes but she will not. Storm flipped the plate over causing the slop to spill over onto the floor. X-23 fumed and left the cage in anger.

Day 35 Trial 34 Friday

X-23 stood beside the kitchen door as she watched the workers scrap up what looked to be a decent meal. Not great but good enough for a prisoner. Davis walked through the doors not seeing X-23 standing in the corner. He reached into his vest grabbing a clear vile from his pocket as he was about to douse the food. Before he got the chance to pour any of the content onto the food the vile was wrenched from his hand.

"Creeper much. What the hell are you doing in her girl? Brooding doesn't suit you. Now give me back that tube." He reached for it but was confronted by two sharp blades near his face. "What you got a soft spot or something?" X-23 did not back down as she pocketed the drug. Davis forcefully removed himself from the situation as he pushed her out of the way as he left the room.

X-23 made it to Ororo's cell opening the door. Ororo looked up as she saw X-23 take the spoon that was on the plate mixing the content together and then eating a portion of the food. She placed it on the floor and skidded the tray over to her.

"Not poisoned. Eat. All of it. You'll need your strength." She said as she stood back and waited for her to eat.

"Why are you doing this?" She said hesitantly but got no reply. Ororo ate the food finally eating all that was on her plate. She pushed the empty tray back towards X-23. The girl picked it up exiting the cell. "Thank you." She said as she walked away.

Colonel Thomas sat at his desk going over some papers as X-23 came into the room. He immediately put down the papers to give his favorite soldier his undivided attention.

"X-23 was not expecting you. What can I do for you?" He said as he leaned back in his leather reclining chair as he watched her from across the room.

"Davis had poison." She removes the vile from her back pocket as she presents her evidence to the Colonel. "He was about to put it in her food." She walked over to his desk and placed the vile on his papers.

"Tragic turn of events. I will have to get on this right away." He said as she nodded and turned to leave. "Dare I ask how you found out." He leaned forward grasping the vile and putting it in his top drawer. He stood up from his desk as he waited for the girl to answer. "You aren't harboring feelings for this one. Are you?" Thomas looked down at her as he tried to analyze her features. Yet, she stayed silent as he gained no answer.

"Alright. Thank you for bringing the situation to my attention." He tells her as he rubs her shoulder and patting her out of the room. As the door closes he lets out a long sigh as he rubs the forming stubble on his face.
