Big risk, making the character a teen and having a rape scene right off the bat, but I want to see what happens when she goes with Xavier and Jean, especially if her abuse is a frequent thing. How will that affect her attitude toward her peers, I wonder? Sabertooth is calling her a puppet? Sounds scary!

I love the character names, and I enjoyed Bishop's reaction to Ororo last chapter. Also, what's a halberd? I know some medieval terms just from reading Conan novels for years, but that one escapes me. This story is creative and moves at a good pace, making me ask "what's gonna happen next?" as you add more to it. Keep watching the punctuation, and let me know if you need a beta. The paragraph spacing is much nicer, too, by the way.

A halberd is a pike type weapon. it has the shaft of a spear but the head of a axe with a curved blade on the back of the head and a long point on top. they were used mainly to dismount calvary but guards were known to use them as well

The supporting characters are as much fun as the leads, and Anna and Wade are worth reading, they play well off of each other in this story.
I like the fact that Ororo and Logan have a shared past in this, and I can't wait to see what happens when sparks flare between them in their ongoing rivalry, and through whatever other conflicts you throw their way. It seems like you have some great opportunities to set up a lot of romantic and physical tension between these two, something I love in a comedy adventure story that has a little romance in it. Good work. Can't wait to see the next chapter!

I like the conversation between Forge and Logan, both sides of it. They both said what they had to say, and you made it believable. One thing I have to say about this story is that all the characters are very civilized, even when they're ticked off. You remind us that these characters have been brought up at a school, and they act like it. I also LOVE the visual of Ororo fluffing his pillow, that was cute. I could see it.

This is my favorite chapter right now of one of my favorite fics. I always love seeing villains like Gyrich step into the picture who aren't as evil as they are deluded and paranoid. This made me very happy. I love Logan, I love everyone else's reactions to Forge's return and the resulting fallout, how even Charles sounded like he wanted to kick his butt. Logan saying he wanted to warm his wife up was cute.
