I don't know if I ever read this one previously, but it has a nice feel to it. Some angst, but not too heavy. I'd be interested to know if Betsy ever tells Ororo that Logan said her name in the middle of the night.

This also reminds me of "In Health" by John Duffin, just because Ororo and Logan are not involved, but there are feelings between them, and Forge already proposed to Ororo.

Anyway, i enjoyed this.

Author's Response: believe it or not CeeCee Betsy will make an appearance in the current story I'm doing right now, maybe I'll address it.

Ohh wow, what a ride! Just finished reading.
I absolutely love the idea of them being soul mates! Logan being attracted to Jean because she reminds him of Rose - perfect! Jack - I really like him! Cool mutation. And I love him for showing Ro and Logan the truth.
I'm glad they found each other in the end. Took 'em long enough! ;)

I know i've said it before but Wolverine is my favorite X-man and after reading this makes him seem even more real in heart;mind;soul and emotion he is the man or mutant or does it really matter. Wolverine and Ororo make a wonderful and loving couple and i am glad i was able to read your story thank you .
