Loved it. Sometimes you just have to take it slow.

Loved it! On to the next story!!
Author's Response: Ha! So I see! I've gotten a charge out of your reviews to all of my stories, thanks for your interest and kind words.

Wow, this is really good! You capture their chemistry perfectly. The dialog is crisp and feels very real,
Author's Response: goodie! Thanks!

Another sweet tale. Heart stopping action with her accident in the pool. Good job.
Author's Response: For some reason, that struck me as something that could happen, and as someting that could raise Logan's blood pressure. Logically, though, Nightcrawler should have been the logical choice of who should have jumped into the pool, since he is lighter and more buoyant, and could have "BAMFED" right into the water. But, this was Logan' s story, told from his point of view. Glad you liked it.

I was in the mood for pure RoLo romance today and this definitely hit the spot...sorta. Now I want more! I absolutely adore the way you write Logan's dialogue! Well done!
Author's Response: That was why I wrote a sequel to it with action in it, although I think I kinda missed the point I was trying to work up to with this one originally. And once again, here I am with the late reply! Back when I wrote this, I thought to myself, "why didn't Claremont take this as an opportunity to put these two characters together more meaningfully when he wrote about Storm's rehab?" I like to think of the "romance" between these two as something that built up slowly and then came to a head. I like writing dialogue for characters who already have a "dialect" of sorts. To me, Logan sounds like a truck driver when I listen to him in my head, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have intelligent stuff to say, just that he says it with more gruffness and expletives than most people...thanks, Gainee.

"She’s an adult; she’s wearing her big-girl panties now.” Logan nearly choked on his next gulp of beer at this announcement."
*falls down dead* That was fantastic. I'd say more about this story, but I wanna get back to reading it. :D
Author's Response: ...I can't believe I didn't even see this review out here. Thanks!!! I like to reply to them, because it's so much fun to see people's reactions to something I came up with. Thanks for visiting, Gainee.

This story was written so well! I really enjoyed it. I'll have to find your story on fanfiction.net. Oh, and the sequel to this is NC17 which means I won't be able to access it until I go somewhere else or finally get my new computer installed.
Author's Response: Yeah, the sequel is NC-17, sorry about that. The third chapter in particular is where the love scene pops up, and it's a weeeeeee bit graphic. But I hope you eventually get to read it, Echo.

Ah, that 's so nice! I loved her being able to see her mother, speak to her. She was so childlike. It was sweet and very appropriate.
Author's Response: Thanks, buddy. I wanted to capture something different in her internal monologue on that one; I think when someone has a brush with death like that, they revert back to their childhood a little. Glad you liked this chapter.

CeeCee, I'm still enjoying this, trying to finish this as time allows. You're quite a good author! Are you on fanfiction.net by any chance?
Author's Response: I am new to Fanfic.net. Not my favorite site, because of how difficult it was to upload my piece into their document server. But I am under the same user name, and I have one story out there. Interestingly enough, it, too, is RoLo.

I just noticed/figured out you’re not only CeeCee at the Yahoo groups but THE Original CeeCee at the Realm too! Not only that but a newbie at that so welcome to the RoLo world, somewhat belatedly but heartfelt nonetheless. So, curious as always I had to check out your stories and do you know what? I was blown away! This is a wonderful story! I wished you’d tooted your horn a little so I could have discovered this sooner! Your characters are so in tune with the comic characters, very believable. I found it amusing when Logan said ‘gads’, something I say sometimes but which sounds so old fashioned. But of course our Canadian is an old timer. I’m reading through the rest as time permits (Friday night calls!) but will definitely review over the weekend. I’m really looking forward to finishing this story.
Author's Response: Yup, guilty, that's me. I use the same pen name on my stories that I do for my groups, on every fic site. Makes it easier for people to find me, if they actually want to read more of my scribbles. I'm shy about posting links on groups, since I belong to a handful. But I enjoy hearing from you. And I say "gads" myself, along with a lot of other outdated phrases, just because I like the sound of them.
Good hearing from you.

I liked this story quite well. You showed both characters true to their nature as well as how either our favorite runt or weather goddess quite possibly may have reacted under the circumstances, great work with the personalities of all the x-men featured actually. Very good work.
Author's Response: Thanks, great praise!!! I loved Xtreme Xmen before it was cancelled, since that is my favorite roster of mutants in the canon. Still considering other stories with those characters, we shall see.

have to admit I enjoy reading this fic.
Author's Response: Thanks, I appreciate hearing that. Still contemplating a sequel, or something following the same arc. Unfortunately, another fic I am working on for another site is eating up my creativity and time. Thanks again for visiting.
