Talk about wonderful weekend surprises. This made this day perfect, when it started out unexceptional.
Great pacing, great plot twist, and of course, I love Rahne. I opted to have Dani in my own piece, just because she is my other favorite New Mutant. And she gets a mention in the novel.

Author's Response: Thanks for the corrections you pointed out. ;) Rahne won't be a prominent player in this. THe main characters are pretty much going to be Ro/Lo, Kitty, Jimmy, bobby (some Rogue), Beast and of course badass Trask. Everyone else is there, but not story effective. Hope the wall get knocked down and the writing flows for you!!

There you go again. Another perfect chapter. Darn that Logan, he's just hotter than a tamale, isn't he? Itch scratched...hoo, boy. More great lines and innuendoes, Windy.
Great interactions with Logan and Forge, I was hoping for that. Great tension, great little "pissing contest" with the two men not trusting each other. This feels a lot different from your Ultimate fics. I love those fics, but this story is so wonderfully tangible, and I can see the scenes unfolding like they were happening right in my living room. Wish they were...damn it.
