Author's Response: no. i rolled it into archive, i just have to take off that indicator. i hadn't planned on updating this for a month or two, since I hit some stress in real life. i didn't want people to wait for it if I could not deliver.

Author's Response: The dream ain't dead, merely deferred..and yes, I had you in mind when I made Logan an Eagles fan. I love seeing people score a Q word, since it happens so rarely. Logan's blue collar, but he is sharp as a tack, I want that to show. I love the word cock-whipped. Author's Response: Well, of course they won't know if they don't. You coulda kinda hear Petey mentally kicking himself as soon as he saw her leave in a rush. He will wise up soon, I promise. Logan's already miffed about the fading goose egg on her forehead, so he will file that away with every other reason that he as so far to kick Pietro's ass.

Smutty! Gotta love it. I don't think I've ever read a fic that had a love scene that made me think, "damn...they are so going to have to spackle that wall when they get the chance." But I just did.

Author's Response: Who knows, indeed. *winks* Piotr and Sage I never would have put together in a fic of their own, but the more I filled in their back stories, the more I realized they connected. I love Piotr and Kitty, but Sage needs a boyfriend in fanfic, and she seldomly has one.

I was expecting Logan to back the car up and beat Tro's ass when he grabbed Ororo by the arm, but she held her own heading butting him. That was priceless by the way.

Tro is beyond description in this chapter. Ass doesn't suit him anymore. And that last message he left was psycho...ish.

Author's Response: More you shall have! ...well, right when I get over my usual mid-story case of writer's block. Yeah, Pietro has some semblance of an ass-kicking coming in this chapter, and some comeuppance from sources he cannot guess. Cue evil, maniacal hand-rubbing laughter from CeeCee...wahahaha. Guys like him always think they can have their own way and manipulate well-meaning people like Ororo into staying even when they misbehave. He's an amalgam of not so nice men that I've observed and heard horror stories about, so he was easy to characterize as a user. Weren't those voice mails just the limit? Heh heh heh. We'll show him!
