Man that was almost a massive misunderstanding! But oh how I liked the way it ended. :) The word yuck comes to mind about that "Mr. Covert". Creepy....

What really kills me about all this is that you get it right straight out of the gate, writing a fic so good it's a benchmark by which other Rolo fics should be measured, much in the vein of Bloodbonds or She Walks in Beauty. From the opening paragraph, I laughed my ass off, since the humor was genuine, recognizable from real life, and the characters spoke to me and told their story very frankly. Logan was lovable, Ororo had my instant sympathy, and I could visualize the wedding (having seen that Macarena at least a dozen times, performed just goofily). I hope you will continue to update this! I cheered when it landed in my inboc when I got my Favorites alert.

Once again, you have reminded me why I have such mixed feelings about Jean. She's likable and smart and sassy on the one hand, and always vulnerable, but on the other, she's selfish and flighty. It was great seeing the exchange between her and Scott, and as usual, seeing Scott's devotion to her, even when they argued the point about Logan and Ororo's friendship.

I love the pace of this story. I love the various relationships that make this more fun than watching a Days of Our Lives episode mixed with a little bit of Jerry Springer. Feels like by the end of the story, we'll have had a crazy wedding and a chair across someone's nose. More, please.

Jean needs to back the hell up! So, she gets to screw Logan for as long as she wants to and end it. But when she sees Logan and Ororo FINALLY coming to terms with their feelings for each other, she wants to destroy it? Uh uh... Poor Scott. He's so clueless, it's sad.

Man, I can't wait until the truth comes out! Please hurry back soon with an update!

She doesn't think Ororo and Logan should be together? Who cares what she thinks? I hope Ororo blasts her skanky butt out of the water!

I was thinking about your response to my previous post and how Ro's reaction will not be as strong to the Logan and Jean affair because at the time she wasn't involved with Logan. I do agree to a certain extent. But I think that she would still have a very strong reaction considering that Ro has always been protrayed as a woman of honor and the man she chooses to love would be a person of honor as well. So I think her reaction in some instances could be worse than Scott's, because her view of person that she thinks Logan is could be seriously shaken by the revelation of his affair with Jean.

Can't wait to read more.

Author's Response: Oh, without a doubt. Don't get me wrong, Roro is gonna be pissed. Right now Logan and Jean are both feeling guilty and relieved that they dodged a bullet. But they are living with a very false sense of security. Both Ro and Scott will react strongly. Really strongly. Really.
