Wow. How cool is it that you answered my question in this wonderful chapter? That's how I imagine Logan if he looked older, calling to mind how he looked in Days of Future Past in the Claremont comic. Of course, it would still be kinda funny if Ororo were walking around as a fifty-something wiht a sweet young boy toy husband (grinning as I think of Logan as her boy toy). But banish that thought! I really enjoyed this. Mary still rocks. Logan's a fantastic dad, even if he can't remember being a teenager himself. "Bow down, bitch!" I freakin' love that. Sounds like my in-laws.

first, do you not think you're working on enough stories? not that i'm really complaining. But geesh!

Secondly, I can't wait to hear what he has to say about his little girl kissing boys etc... Ororo is in for one hell of a rant!

awww the dogs are gone :( i know they had too, and i know they've got knew pups but i'm still sad.
Ororo's 50! whoa! i hate the thought of ro aging! blame Darlin and 'in the end only love matters' lol

OH MY FRIKIN GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who in the world is THAT? Pump the brakes baby, because that ending is too fast.
I LOVE how you painted their sweet twenty years with each other and their family. I'm thrilled with the references to FADE in this story, it makes me smile. Ro and Lo reaction to the phone call from the school was too funny. AND Logan's reaction to the kissing, ROFL, ROLF, ROFL She better run, fly or something cuz she's in trouuuuuuble.

I can't WAIT til the next chapter. Fade is my FAV OF FAV'S. It's printed and in a binder with a picture of ROLO (squealing with delight)

Ok now DON'T KILL THEM, they are my happy family in my head. Ok, now that I think about it, I'm scarred. Are you going to kill one of the children or ROLO? Oh no (cry, cry, cry) now I'm sad. Use your powers for good, Gainee. Okay?

How do I love this fic? Let me count the ways:

1) Logan's monosyllables.
2) "What did they do now?"
3) Ororo edging on dying Jean's hair orange.
4) "We raised baboons. Wench."

I adored Fade, and I'm absolutely over the moon for this. The title alone made me say "Gainee's BACK!!!"

Question: Does Logan look any older in this?
