Mmmmmm! Ro + Lo. Love this quiet moment after the storm on the beach. Pug lady was adorable. Your description of Logan and Ro a la fashion circa Gilligan's Island was a delight.

Author's Response: LOLOL! Yeah, but which one is Ro-- MaryAnn or Ginger?? ;)

WOW! I love this story. You portray the emotions so well. I liked the idea Of Scoot & 'Ro and Lo & Jean as two broken couples. Really really nice. Very original too. Hope you update soon.

Author's Response: THANK YOU! Got even more in store for emotional angst between these two couples, so keep readin'! I'll update soon (promise)!

man that was great. your story's so amazing cos it's not typical.. you've made it into a story not just of happy little mutants but crafted a real story of your own and your prowess of description is making this such delight to read. can't wait for the next chapter!

Author's Response: *Thank You* so much for the response! I'm really glad you're likin' the story so far, and I'm plannin on some more surprise twists to this story, to make it seem a little more 'real', and bring our destined couple together in a new and (hopefully) delightful way...heehee...

Gracious... Painfully, beautifully done. First you got me with the whole Scott: Serial Stalker action (well played by the way) then the emotions behind Ororo's discovery of Charles' condition. Excellent. Also love the play between the sisters. Excellent chapter and I love the fact that you update so quickly! My envy exudes throughout this review! Keep 'em coming!

Author's Response: Thank You, NemB!! (Kisses) I was hoping it wouldn't be too obvious who he was! The 'confrontation' between 'Ro, Charles & Erik was, admittedly, a tough one for me to write; I've spent quite a long time over the past couple days in deciding just how she was gonna handle it. I'm hoping it was believeable, and not too out of character, considering the background I've painted for her. btw: the 3 Xavier Sisters are almost directly taken from my family--ah, memories...(lol)! Here's to updating even quicker, Echo

This bears repeating: It is so wonderful how you crafted this world our beloved x-men live in - although technically they are not x-men. The characters we love who although are still mutants are able to be just people. A world in which it seems are mutants are just part of the human landscape. Here they are free to just love, regret, strive just like everyone else. It is a refreshing image that truly was the basis behind the creation of the canon. What would they be if they didn't have to fight sentenials, FOH or clones doppelgangers everyday? Definitely Erik and Charles would still be together. Certainly Logan WOULD be in the military... So very wonderfully done.

Author's Response: You makin' me blush!!

Oh great chapter. That was a nice twist...having Scott be Ororo's mystery admirer, I was just so sure it was going to be Forge :-) I get the feeling that there is going to be some RoLo interaction in the next chapter...don't keep us waiting too long!!!

Author's Response: I was hoping I wasn't giving it away too soon, what with the references to the air force and all ( I didn't know Corsair used to be enlisted till I did some background searching on him), and especially after Christopher was mentioned by name. Glad to give ya a nice departure from Ro's usual gallery of suitors! And yes, there's gonna be RoLo action next chap!! Whoo-hoo (It's so hard, sometimes, getting to the good parts of a story ; you know, the ones you can't wait to write)!! *Thank You* so much for the reply!! Echo.

So very well done! Just loving the image of Ororo Munroe just spending a beautiful day by her window looking at children from her brownstone... You've done a wonderful job and if this is just the prologue... Hmm...

Author's Response: Thank You, NemB!!! You're my hero!! Echo J.
