I don't know if I ever read this one previously, but it has a nice feel to it. Some angst, but not too heavy. I'd be interested to know if Betsy ever tells Ororo that Logan said her name in the middle of the night.

This also reminds me of "In Health" by John Duffin, just because Ororo and Logan are not involved, but there are feelings between them, and Forge already proposed to Ororo.

Anyway, i enjoyed this.

I like this approach you have as if we're there with them in the present. I like the era you're writing in a lot and how you seem to know the comics well which is always a wonderful bonus. I will say there're a few mistakes in composition however since this seems to be your first story and written some time ago it's nothing to complain about. I quite enjoyed this chapter and am looking forward to the next few, see you just updated too!

nice start....starting in the past...i never got forge...its good that he was 'written' off....in the ultimate-verse he is in the BOM.....When do ya update next?
