Hahahah..i loved this addition. Although I am wondering about the lightening..I guess Storm needed that zap to wake up out of her stupor....wow..she can speak and what kind of speaking...I think she's a girl after Wolvie's heart...?! ^_^

I hope to see what happens wiht Laura and Storm in the next chappie..did Storm hug her?! Also want more on Kendall..that must be hard for a little girl....I wonder how she's taking that..for that matter Storm and Logan.

I actually found this part of the story very funny. I must agree with Rhapsody...there are way way way too many characters. And it's really shocking ot me..how Wolverine would go to such great links so people wouldn't attack his home..but so many people seem to know where he is, or will know.

I mean how much protection does he realy have? And let's look at these two kids. Iknow their purpose is to bring down Wolvie and his house..but come on..what of the newer ones brought in like Dazzler..what's their purpose. They shouldn't have been brought in if we were already gonna have these two or three characters show up.


It seems like a mess really.....Not to bee to critical. I mean I love my Kendall/Storm moments. Which of course is undeniably excellent. And I really can't wai to see more development on that end. I want to see more Storm and Wolverine..but a briefing of the history is great, because I really do want to know the real background of Storm's selective memory and also how she and Wolvie hooked up, as Storm today can't stand Wolverine.


So my only problems are the over use of characters...it's watering down the fic a bit..because you have to be awatching out for everyone and everything. It makes the story a bit disturbing to read.

This chapter is leaps from the previous. (That means i liked it) I particulary liked the beginning of each conversation with the "kill you" bit.
I look forward to the Ororo/Logan/Kendall parts the most. I wish they were longer.

Author's Response: Thanks. More family and single time coming along. And as you've noted, this fic is a whole allround x-fic, but with RoLo as the main pairings. A lot different from my usual 'only' focussed on RoLo work.

I am still not too sure as to my feelings on the recent direction of this story. Perhaps because it seems to me that it has slowed down. I suppose when you were popping out chapters there was some consistancy, but now things've slowed and are seeming jumbled.

Author's Response: There are still more characters to come, both in the past and in the present time, and so will be their role in the fic. Some of them will be major players, while others will be mostly one time appearances....but who knows, with good enough reviews, I might even increase their 'lines'.

I'm a tad confused. If Logan has previously been to the X-Mansion in a 'public' confrontation with Ro, why did the X-Men act like they had no clue about him in the early chapters? Why did they view his connection to Ro as surprising if he'd been there before? And it struck me as...odd...that Ro had so little physical interaction with Kendall in this chapter. The only touching was initiated by Kendall to compare 'colors'. I realize that Ro was still in a bit of shock, but no hugging or acknowledgment to Kendall that their similarities are due to Ro being Kendall's mother? Just...odd. I'm still curious to see where this is going, so please do update soon.

Author's Response: There wasn't a public confrontation during Logan's first time at the x-mansion. He was just snooping. It is shock, hesitation, fear that Kendall might not like to get to know her and a whole lot of suppressed dreams/memories/nightmares that play a part in this.
