This chapter was great, not only because it had the prerequesite pillow talk between these two, but because it opened up a new conflict to keep me on the edge of my seat. The concept of them being unable to come up for air for three days was fantastic and sexy, I can see those two being pretty absorbed in each other. I hope Logan and Scott can learn to be friends again, eventually. With all of the usual wisecracking.

I enjoyed light and am enjoying this series as well. And take it from stubborn man whose hardheadedness gets in the way, When he truely understands what he must do he will do everything to protect the one he loves no matter what that might be.

no no no...how could Logan let it go so far? They both have way too much pride..they are going to need a third party to get them together. Can i suggest Remy? :)

I loved "Light," and it doesn't seem that this sequel will disappoint either. Your trademark plot and character development, and emotive writing style are all here. How will the rift between Logan and Ororo be healed? When will Ororo walk unaided again? When will FoH strike again? And will see anymore of Jean's "Phoenix" persona? I look forward to discovering the answers and much more. A very nice opening chapter.

It hurts to see and feel them apart when we know they should be together. You have a wonderful way of capturing emotion.
