YOU HAVE TO UPDATE A.S.A.P.!!!! This story is crazy... and it's good. I want to know who Ororo fuc-- I mean having sex with, plus it's someone in the mansion, I gotta know who it is! Please update soon, PLEASE!

Author's Response: I'm trying. The muses cooperate one minute and then don't the next minute. :)

Damn. That's all I can say. I think I need to go back and read it again. That's some serious business right there even more serious than the internets. Poor Logan. Give the guy a break, will ya?

Author's Response: Now why would I go and do a crazy thing like that? ;) I might do it in the name of the good ship. :)

Damn...i never really thought i could feel this sorry for Logan...And for the life of me i cannot understand why Ororo would do such a thing. This chapter is too short. Please don't leave us hanging for long!

Author's Response: I'll try not too, but I have perfected the fine art of the neverending cliffhanger called "writer's block."

My first guess was Remy but now i'm that it could be Scott or Nightcrawler

Author's Response: Perhaps. ;) That's all I'll say.

This is the first story that I've read on here and I have to say that I love/hate this story.

I love the style of writing and the emotionally rollercoaster that the story takes you on, but I hate that it had to be Ororo to hurt Logan.

I was damn near in tears when Logan asked "What's wrong with me?" I also think it was that point in the story that I wanted to slap the hell out of Ororo.

Well, I anxiously await/dread your next post. Hope its soon.

Author's Response: I'm glad that it causes such emotion. I always take it as a good thing when I move the readers to feel such a genuine emotion just by writing this. :) I'm trying to make the next update soon. I'm still debating about where I will actually take this, and I think I burnt myself out on pathos/angst a bit. So, I'm going to work on some lighter pieces for a bit.

Caught you! So this is what you've been doing with all that free time when you were supposed to be doing "other things."

Author's Response: Aw! I was doing "other things." I was... answering reviews!

To quote you: Stick a fork in me. I'm done.

I don't like break ups, especially bad break ups like this. Make her make it better! Handing them the journal was like awful. It's like she was saying, "This is why I like you and this is why I like him." That was some cocky stuff.

Let me do a little theorizing here about Logan, his sense of smell and this story. I won't lie that one of your reviewers on fanfic.net made me think of this.

You've already shown that his sense of smell is infalliable in this story. You've also shown indirectly that Ororo is v. v. careful, which is why I'm assuming that he doesn't smell whoever on her. Saying that it's one of the other X-Men makes it more of a puzzle right?

She could come in what Logan would assume to be friendly contact with one of the guys any day of the week by hugging, a "friendly" kiss even. It would be a smell that might linger depending on the contact, but it wouldn't be a smell that said "WHOA NELLY! There is some funny stuff going on around here." especially coupled with Storm's carefulness. At least that's what I think.

I think that's the longest most insghtful review I have ever left. I win.

Author's Response: That was so good you had to do it twice. Sizzle on, girl. ;)

Author's Response: *sticks a fork in you* SLS said the same thing about it being cocky. She also inspired that. We talked on the phone about it and she was all "That is some serious cocky stuff." You're in my head! Stop it! I don't like it when you do that! ;) I'm just kidding, but you're pushing it awfully close, Sparkle-lalala. You win at the internet, Sparks. No doubt!

Loved the update. My heart ached (seriously) for both of them. I mean ached. She wants revenge made an appearance in Convergence as well, see what you've done, you've gone and got me hooked. ;) Thank you! As always there is an intricate maturity to your writing that is so hard to pin down and label, yet leaves a distinct impression. I would know one of your fics anywhere, and that is an amazing accomplishment for a writer.

Anxiously awaiting the conclusion. Hurry. :D

Author's Response: I'm not going to lie. I'm having a conflict of where I should actually take this. I have more than a few possibilities. They're all tempting. They all want to be considered. The only thing I can (almost) promise is that the next chapter might be a big'un. I may have to make it two chapters depending. I'm still slowly making my way through your story Convergence. She Wants Revenge.... *sigh* I'm their newest fangirl. So of course, I have to tempt more people to join me. I'm glad you like them. It took me years, literally, to find a writing style that I think of as my own. I'm glad it's finally found me, I should say. I'll try to hurry as much as possible. Did I ramble or what?

That chapter made me emotionally exhausted. I don't understand 'Ro. Why would she do that to Logan? Who is this man that's coming b/t my RoLo? Damn 'Ro and Mystery Man! Damn them to Hades!!!

Thanks for the update! (I'm going to cry my eyes out for RoLo now.)

Author's Response: That's some serious damning. They'd better watch out. *hands you a tissue* Don't cry!

You updated Beauty and Pain! Since you were kind enough to update for me, I'll review this, too. She's getting on with someone in the mansion. It must've taken an act of God to keep that under wraps. Have they been getting it on in the mansion, too? That would be seriously fucked up. You did such a nice job showing Logan's anguish. You painted an uncertain light with Ororo. There's evidence in the chapter that makes me wonder if her heart really is in it like when you mentioned her rocking on her heels in boredom or the way she only looked "almost sorry." Then, later she's truly remorseful, but you've weaved this conundrum (stole your word) as to exactly how sorry she is or even what she's sorry about. Is she really sorry she hurt him, or is she only sorry that she got caught? She did seem a little too resigned, a little too eager to let it end on that note. And I'm not sure what to even expect anymore, but you got my attention.

Author's Response: It's just filler, though. You don't care anyhow as long as it's updated--filler or not. DUN DUN DUN... I'm holding my press release until after the story is done. For a boy, you're sort of smart RFTGod. ;) JK. You always leave me with things to ponder. Thanks for reviewing. Maybe I'll reward you with another chapter of BnP.

Inspiration for that story, huh? Hmmm. Gotta think about that one...there's so much rich feeling going on in that one, you've built such a nice framework of how they related to each other when they were kids. We have to see how things played out when they were either older teens, or perhaps fast forward to what makes them kind of shield themselves from each other as adults.

But...for this story, I will review it as well. I love it, it makes me smile and cry with each new chapter. Logan's pain just swallows you up and spits you out because it's so tangible. I can see that scene in her bedroom clear as a bell. And yet, in the midst of all this sorrow and anger going on, I laughed my butt off about the line about Bobby and Alex having a lame fight equivalent to two second graders slapping each other. Brilliant. Bloody brilliant. Good on you, mate.

Author's Response: I'm going to go over the notes I made and hope it comes back to me. *sigh* It will come back to me. It has to. I really appreciate you mentioning that ever so often, as it makes me think about it more instead of burying it in the back of my head. My friends say I'm random like that. Here I am writing all this pathos and I randomly pop up with something like Bobby and Alex's fighting. I was re-reading some of my comics, specifically the one after the She Lies with Angels arc when Josh (Icarus) first comes to the school. And there's just something about the way that Bobby is all on Alex's scent during the WHOLE comic that makes me laugh. So, I had to randomly find a way to put that in. ;)

The suspense is killing me. Who is it? Is it Scott? He seems to be in fashion lately :P Lol

This is awsome. That diary killed me. Poor Logan. Then I think that if Jean where in the picture the situation would totally be reversed. So I don't feel that bad for him.

Can't wait for more. And where's Odalisque?! That one is so breathtakingly (insert words of uberness here).

Author's Response: Well, I don't know. I'll give you a hint. It's not Gambit. You're the first person to say that you don't feel that sorry for Logan. You might be right. If the tables were turn, as it often in the case in many stories (even some of my own) dealing with Logan's infidelity, the situation would be upside down. I'm working on Odalisque--slowly, yet surely. :)

Why do I have an account? I'm too lazy to sign in most of the time. Anyway... THIS CAN'T BE IT! She's just going to give him up like that. Whatever the hell is in that journal WILL NOT bring him around. And it IS another X-Man? Somebody save them if it's the one we recently discussed on your LJ. I'm seeing people dying horrible, bloody deaths right now. She did it all for the nookie, Logan. Don't hate her.

Author's Response: So he can take his cookie and turn that sumbitch sideways and... Er! Sorry. Wrestling and Limp Bizkit, well that actually mixes. Anyway, it could be him. It could not be him. It's just not Remy. That's the only positive answer I can give you. Now, mama has to go refuel on breakfast. :D

So she really IS cheating on him, huh? Hm. Wouldn't Logan be able to smell him on her? But then again, a long shower can do wonders ;)
Still can't picture her cheating. Really cheating I mean. Maybe she's cheating on him with someone she made up in the Danger Room? A simulated guy, maybe it's another version of Logan even, completely after Ro's liking ;)
From all I read it seems she not only needs the man but craves for the beast, too. But apparantly he isn't giving that to her. More then often he's ashamed of that part of himself. Maybe he's afraid to hurt or scare her...
Okay wait, I'm digressing LOL
Update please, I need to find out who "the other" is! :)

Author's Response: Nothing wrong with digressing. I love hearing readers' theories. Most of the time, they really give me something to think about and sway the story. He will be revealed in time. I promise!
