Loved the private dinner with Charles. I wonder what he sees looking at his two X-Men in quiet moments like this. I'm glad he gave them permisson/the order to put and end to Magneto if need will be. A very hard choice to make, but a necessary one nevertheless.

There are So many lines being walked in this story. I love the intricacies (sp) of it all.

"And you will never leave me."
"Never."

That sounds like a prelude to more heartache. I love this story so much because there are so many layers in it. Ororo's a real sweetie pie in this chapter, much like she was when she was taking care of Logan when he was sick. I like how it gradually dawns on her that Logan is more than a friend, even though she doesn't want to let on that she feels that way. And the lines about "Bite me" and selling tickets when Logan opens a can of whoop ass were a riot. That was wonderful, finish up the X files episodes so you can write some more.

Aw. *sigh*

I've always had this fondness for Erik. Guess not many people understand him. But the way you did him here, amazing. His relationship with 'Ro kinda plucks at the heartstrings, you know. Very personal.

And Charles being all un-Professorlike.
