Absolutely loved it when Logan just crawled over the table towards Ro to show her what he really wanted :D Again, so hot. I love it when they frantically roam each other's bodies, clutching at clothes, kissing, moaning... Mmmmmmm, that's just so yummy! But damn, Jean freaking out ruined everything! Again, aah! I hate her timing LOL And what she said even more! Damn, damn, damn. He really should have listend to the beast, following his instincts, going after Ro, setting things right, instead of running away.
Well, at least he met Mystique, heh. I really liked when she showed up on the stage looking like Ro, teasing him LOL She knows exactly what he wants :) Maybe she and Ro should have a little talk.
I wonder what's coming next! There's Jean and her control-problems, Yuriko coming for Logan, Stryker still in the background, Mystique... not to forget the on and off RoLo (that flickering needs to be fixed btw ;) )...
Really can't wait for the next chapters with all that's going on here...

Author's Response: *Grins*...I was in a weird little mood when I wrote the stripper bar scene. Again, it came out of left field, and I could easily see Mystique working in a place like that. It also harkened back to Chuck Austen's run on Uncanny, when Alex had a shape-shifting stripper at his bachelor party. There's a lot coming up. Still plotting it in my head. Goodness knows how that will go.

That chapter was WAY intense. Of course Jean would interrupt a RoLo moment. *sigh* When she asked Logan if he could be the 'good guy', was that the real Jean speaking, Phoenix or Stryker manipulating what Jean said? I'm sure you'll answer that in good time.

'Ro and Logan are too HOT for words. The kitchen and office scenes had me fanning myself, and they didn't even have sex! They are both stubborn as hell, too! I love the push and pull, though. Makes for an entertaining read.

Great way to end the chapter. Can't wait for more of them!

Author's Response: She was harvesting memories of her talk with Logan at Alkali, and acknowledging that little spark of something between him and Ororo, since he's beginning to project his feelings. Logan was the only person who could take Phoenix down before...this will cause issues. Glad you enjoyed the kitchen and office parts! I want each of them know where the other stands.

Intense, plotty, uber. I feel so sorry for Ro. Stoopihd Logan puttin her through the ringer like that. I hope that something not so crappy happens to her soon.

Author's Response: ...remember the issue of Uncanny X-Men with the Jean Bomb??? That came to my mind when I wrote this story! Ororo will have her moment, I promise. Hopefully several of them...ahem, cough*** And yeah, Logan is starting to wise up and realize what is important to him, and who he really cares about. He might move that along more quickly if he runs the risk of losing her.
