I nearly choked without the aid of a stick of Wrigley’s when I read that line about . . . how selfish Pietro (the darling) was in bed! LOL! One thing for sure you tell it like it is! Another good chapter, things are moving along at a good pace. I adore Pietro, hate to see him being an a-hole but it was necessary so ultimately we can have some RoLo action! Oh and I have got to tell you Jean and Ro cuss worse than sailors and I should know! ;D
Author's Response: ain't he just a darling, though??? I love Pietro sometimes, but it's also fun to write him as a jerk. I've met men like Pietro, I've DATED men like Pietro, and I've seen the reactions women have to men like that, too. Yes, the strife between 'Ro and 'Tro was meant to make the interactions between Ororo and Logan more meaningful and anticipated. So sue me. I like my easy plot devices. *grins* Yes, they like to turn the air blue...gotta work on that. ;-)

Too bad Ro didn't see him with his newest fling herself... she needs to know though. Gah! What an ass *grumbles*
But wow, I actually caught up reading this story, yay... Now I want more! :D
Author's Response: Pietro has been playing while the cat was away, a lot. He's been in control of the relationship, starting with when Ororo took him back. There was a little Jean bashing in this story, not overt, but just enough to show that she's wrapped up in herself and ignoring her best friend's unhappiness while she's playing Bridezilla. That will come back to bite her eventually. Glad you have stuck with it this long!

Author's Response: I'm trying, I promise! The exposition sucked me in. That happens sometimes. My brain goes into background, character history overdrive and I start over-adjectiving my readers to death. It's like a disease...*hack, cough.*

Funny and unique as usual, but quick question--who the feck actually drinks Zima? :P That shit is nasty. I do like this story, it's funny and fresh--but I seriously miss your darker, more comic book oriented fics. You seem to get inside the books and characters in a way that I adore. But, that doesn't mean you stop this, uh-uh. no way--just means you have to work double time. LOL. ;)

I've been in a dark mood. Problem is, Wounded is mired in my usual case of writer's block, so I am letting off some steam with this one. Abandon is on hiatus until it speaks to me again. And Just Passing Through, sadly, is out on my AFF.net crap pile. Not to worry, BW has taken a break from reading my stuff til I quit my "chick lit" binge!
