Your characters come to life, CeeCee - so big! I'm loving all the dialouge. And Cyrstal! What a surprise that was. I love your sweet Logan. I love the Remy parts too, Logan and Remy and Rogue and Remy. I have to say even though Pietro's treated her so badly I can't help but like him so much the ending made my heart flutter just a tiny bit. I've long wanted to do a Pietro/Ororo story and never have. Well, RoLo always wins out in the end. Next chapter should be mighty interesting.

Author's Response: Pietro isn't a person worth hating for who he is, so much as what he has done. Once upon a time, Ororo loved him pretty deeply and she had good reason why. So, yeah, I expect someone reading his parts to want to smack him, but to regret having to! Glad you are enjoying this, and I have been meaning to do more with Pietro and Ororo, too, eventually, and more likely on FF.net.

ohhhhhhhhh, the plot is so thick i could cut through it with a knife! i have been thoroughly enjoying this tale; in fact, everytime there is an update, i squeal loudly and start to do a happy dance. as i haven't left a review in a while, i shall say the following: this has got to be one of my favourite logan incarnations ever. the combination of sweet, protective, growly and domineering are just fantastic. he's exactly what ro needs: someone to be there to take care of her, to treat her like she's something precious and special and important. ohhhhh, and these plot twists: pietro's kid! pietro cheating on ro with jean! keep 'em coming, 'cause i like the way this is going. is there going to be blood in the next chapter? can logan FINALLY punch the asshole's daylights out and totally throw the party into a tizzy? and are we going to get back to sage and piotr? now i'm sounding like a petulant child, but that's how giddy and excited this fic makes me. can't wait for the next chapter!!!

I like Sage and Piotr, too, there is some plot coming their way soon, particularly a little side thought Sage had to herself walking back to work from lunch with him...read back to that, and you have your spoiler. Author's Response: Merciless little thing, aren't you? I'm dying laughing over here, great suggestion! The slap was brewing under the surface for a while. Ororo's been the one suffering during all this, so she got to vent a little in this chapter. She might vent some more in a minute...

I guess it was Lorna's knee-jerk reaction to comfort Jean in that moment, but I didn't quite like that. And Jean didn't make a mistake. She a made a conscious decision to sleep with Pietro. In 'Ro's bed, no less. Poor Ororo. Not only does she find out that Pietro lied to her about having a kid, but she was also the "other woman" for a time.

Pietro's just a bastard. There's nothing he can do to redeem him in my eyes in this story. And Scott. :( Betrayed by his wife and his friend. He'll be so hurt. I can't get over the fact that Jean is worried about how Ororo leaving will look to her friends. It's still all about her and her feelings. She's being totally insensitive.

At least Ororo has Logan and her friends. Speaking of friends, YAY for Anna Marie and Remy! They were always one of my favorite pairings to 'ship. I'm getting long-winded in this review, so I'll just end this by saying this was another great chapter and I can't wait to see what happens next!

Author's Response: Lorna was a witness to what happened, and don't worry about her being too sympathetic. They've all been friends for a long time, so yes, the immediate reaction will be to comfort Ororo, but they'll want to know what possessed Jean to do something so stupid, too, and they won't find out if they all declare her Queen of the Bitches right off the bat. Yeah, Jean had a big part in it, Pietro had a big part in it, and Ororo took a risk when she even took Pietro back in the first place. Pietro is irredeemable, which is fine. He had his chance to stop hurting people, and he never took it. There will be bits and pieces of Anna and Remy; I like them together, I admit it, even if they are not my favorite. Thanks for giving feedback; it's always insightful to see what thoughts jump into folks' heads when I write this stuff!!!

As for that Bitchass 'Tro..how you gonna leave your woman when she is five months pregnant, and then cheat on the woman you left her for. I hope Logan kicks his ass!!!

Finally, poor RO, that is a lot to take in about a guy you thought you loved.
Hope she lets the cat out of the bag, maybe then Scott can find a decent woman for himself.

Author's Response: Jean was up in it pretty much from the beginning, if you hop back to about the third or fourth chapter, she was pretty nosy, so you're right. Right on the nose. Pietro wasn't through being selfish when his daughter came into the world. We'll see more of that too. Ororo might not have to tell Scott, it depends on how my muses guide me...on the one hand, he'll be in the dark, or on the other hand, he'll be hurt.

Gaaaaah! Kill that bastard!

This is a lot to take in. But then, who cares?

Author's Response: hee hee hee...yeah, that 'Tro. We'll have to deal with him next, won't we? The next chapter is already in sloppy progress, my mind is puzzling over "if I were a guest at a party where a fight broke out, what would I be telling my friends at the water cooler the next day?" The visual ain't pretty!

Nothing worse than realizing that your best friend isn't so 'best'.

Jean is crazy. Ororo just put two and two together to realize that she was sleeping with her man and she's worried about how it'll look when she leaves?! Telling her that she can't do that to her? *slaps forehead in frustration* This woman just kills me. I don't understand how Scott puts up with her.

Author's Response: Jean likes appearances and is compulsive. Her reasoning for sleeping with Pietro might be just as compulsive as it is selfish; she didn't mean to hurt Ororo, but she didn't think that far ahead. Scott loves her, but again, he's dazzled by her domestic habits, beauty and love of surface gloss, she makes him look good, too, in a trophy wife way. The fight is coming up. I'm still puzzling out the dialogue in my head...and it's silly. Blame my muses.
