I can't believed I missed this update!
1. Poor Logan. It all makes sense now on why he doesn't what no drama.
2. That ass kicking was sweet!
3. Can't believe I used to like 'Tro, that ass.
4. I find 'Ro lack of self worth interesting. 'Tro (or maybe someone else?) really did a number on her.

Author's Response: Yay! Kathy's back! 1. Yeah, he needed a backstory. 2. Thanks!, It was fun to write Logan's end of it. 3. 'Tro was meant to be likable to a point, but folks had to want 'Ro to break up with him. 4. 'Ro has some issues, mostly with 'Tro, but also with how she sees herself. That will come up again.

Ok ok! You win. I am begging for a cat fight, or a reveal. It's official you should be Cheaters new executive producer.

I hope Scott reams Jean! I mean Pietro. No no no, Jean. Dammit someone give that man two beams to ram them all with.

Author's Response: The reveal has mostly happened already, although Pietro might weigh in eventually! Jean and Ororo aren't done talking about this yet, so you might get that catfight wish. Scott, I haven't figured out how to make him react to this yet.

Someone’s an addict for dramatics! I loved the fight scenes! I actually loved how Pietro kissed her but of course he had to go down! And boy did he. Nice.

Some back story!

Author's Response: Thanks, kid. The back story was the hardest part, because I thought "what would make Logan, who feels he hit the jackpot with Ororo, shy away from giving himself fully to what they have?" From the third chapter of the story, when we see a little of Logan's life, learn why he chose his current career, etc, we know he left an ugly life behind him. I haven't decided how it will catch up with him yet. Yeah, I wanted to get more elaborate with the fight scene, but they are not my strong suit. Thanks for visiting.

Ok, it took me two days (including some reading during Asian Culture class) but I got through the whole story so far! I was a little confused at first and nearly started laughing during class during the stripper scene. lol you should put a "Do not read in public" warning on that part! Can't wait to see what happens next!

Author's Response: A lot of people stepped into that scene, thinking Logan was going to be the stripper. Glad you got a kick out of it.

That was a GREAT Update!!! Pietro needed to get his a*s kicked and Logan was the man to do it. But I REALLY REALLY wanted to see Jean expoused for the slut she is/was before Scott. And then we would see how long Scott's friendship with Pietro would last, if at all.

Pietro clearly took Ororo for granted. And he liked to be the one to say good bye, not the other way around. But don't let Jean pull the wool over Scott's eyes any more. Somebody should speak up, if not Ororo, then one of her friends, but SOMEBODY should not let her get away with her lies to Scott anymore.

Author's Response: ...Jean will get hers. Chickens, as my momma says, come back to roost. I don't like to reward liars in my stories! (smile)

Wow. There's so much going on here. First, THANK YOU for letting Logan kick Pietro's ass. I was hoping for a booted kick to the groin, but Logan's a man. Men are sensitive about their lower region. So I understand. And poor 'Ro! Her insecurities make me hurt for her. Pietro did a number on her, didn't he? What a bastard! UGH!

Jean... When is she gonna get her own ass whupping from Ororo? Homegirl has it coming in spades. First for sleeping w/ Pietro. Second, for betraying Scott and Ororo's trust. Third, for being snide to Logan. And finally, for inviting Pietro to the party w/o telling Ororo as if it's okay. WTF is wrong with her?

Thanks for shedding a little light on Logan's background. He had it rough, but he also made the choice to stay in that toxic relationship. Logan's situation reminds me of people I know. They can't let go of something that's bad for them until it's too late.

When will ALL of the shit hit the fan? Man, I want to read Scott's reaction to the truth. I'm waiting on the edge of my seat! Great update!

Author's Response: Well, that's just it. Ororo actually WENT BACK to her toxic relationship; at least Logan found his "rock bottom" with Mary so we know he won't go back. Yeah, ALL this shit is just waiting to be flung and spread over a wide, wide radius. It would have only been good to see Pietro take a hit to the nards if Ororo or Luna's mom did the honors. Glad you liked the back story. I've been tossing it around in my head for a while, because I didn't have a full idea of it back when I hinted at it in the third chapter or so. Thanks for reading. And yes, Jean will get hers.

this is the best fucking story in all-time rolo history =]

Author's Response: *grins* THANK you! That made me smile, and I needed a smile today. Thank you for the review. I like to read, I like to write, and I like to toss ideas back and forth with other people. Peek at my Favorites list, too, and read some of those authors, you will not be sorry.

How do you do that? With every chapter I hate Pietro more LOL Gawd, what an ass. I'm glad he finally got his ass kicked a bit. But I feel so sorry for Scott, he deserves the truth. I wonder if he's gonna ask Jean about why she the hell invited Pietro.
Dang, when he kissed Ro I so wanted her to punch him in the face, or just pull up her knee fast and hard. Ugh, bastard. *shudders*
Ohhh, Logan's past. No wonder he's afraid of standing in the middle. He's had his fill of that shit already. Poor guy. I'm glad Ro showed him the middle is the last place he stands with her :)

Author's Response: Right now the only redeeming quality about Pietro is his family, they may come back into play. Scott will ask. The facade of Jean and Scott having a shiny, new perfect marriage will crack a little. She'll have more opportunities to convince him. But there was a little snag back at Harry's that will also come back to bite Logan in the butt. (spoiler)

Ya know, this story is better (and more addicting) than booze, dope, and sex combined. I'm gonna need to check into rehab after this is all said and done.

SO, Logan had a traumatic lovelife as well. I feel so bad for him. But he and 'Ro have each other now and all is well, right.... RIGHT?!?

I only have one request CeeCee. Please don't make this into one of those stories where the other woman / best friend is forgiven. Jean knew what she was doing, therefore that skeezer deserves every bit of humiliation that's coming her way. That ole stankin heifah (as my mother would say) need her ass beat.

Keep 'em comin', CeeCee!

Author's Response: Nope. It ain't one of those stories where the friend gets off scot-free. Logan and 'Ro have a few things to think about. Jean's gonna have some stuff to answer for. We've seen Logan doesn't want to be with anyone else, per se, but we know he has reason to have cold feet. Glad you like it. Thanks.

Ahhhh, my fix. Thanks so much. Feel better now. Pietro is just a loathsome individual. And Jean is a real piece of work. So glad Logan opened a can of whup ass on 'Tro.

I am looking forward to the next phase in Ro and Lo's relationship.

Author's Response: The thing about Pietro that might make most people reading about him want to smack him is that he doesn't think any of this is his fault. If I made him more accountable, he would be likable. Ah, well...this isn't his story. Jean isn't much different from Pietro, so that's why she overlooked his selfishness and disloyalty to her best friend to take a dip. Jean won't walk away unscathed. Now, when I figure out that "next phase..." well, I don't know!
