OMG!!!! It was wonderful, e xciting, beautiful, sad , bring tears of joy to your eyes, and just wow. I loved the way you did the lyrics of a song in the begining of each chapter and aldo how later on Logan begins to write to the baby also.I t was a great story i must admit i almost cried. You did a great job on writing this story and keep up the great work!

I liked reading this fic., waiting and even hoping for Ororo's heart not to fully break. I enjoyed her still hoping even after the horrible way Logan left, but babies do that to people. There's so much emotions and actions that go along with having one, even before they get here. It can be overwhelming...at least he knows he handled it wrong and maybe he'll get a fast move on home! :)

Somehow I figured he would be peeking at her letters. What would have also been revealing, in hindsight, was if Logan had seen the first letter she wrote that showed how upset and shocked she had been, and how afraid she seemed to be of being abandoned. His reactions to that letter alone would have been worth exploring back around the time that he wrote his own letter to Kendall.
BUT...nice job. The story went where it was supposed to go, despite the economy of words. Easy to read, quotable lines, and good characterization once we warmed up to Logan and Ororo. All right, then. Write us some more stories!
Author's Response: He had seen the first letter but I guess I already had the chapters planned out, anyway I'm glad you liked it and when i do write further stories I hope your the one to nitpick-it really does help.

I don't know if I'll write any more stories yet...but maybe after a long break.

Aw this is really deep, Ororo wrote so much of her love for her child. And I see judging by what she thinks of Logan using poetry she doesn't know of his letters yet, lol. I'm hoping that you update when you can, I'm really into this fic...it's so damn beautiful!!!

I love the little couplets that you put at the end of these chapters, they always have the synopsis of the chapter, wrapped up in a neat little nutshell. Makes it fun and easy to read.
The thought of Ororo flying with the baby is neat; it reminds me of Elfquest. There is a character named Dewshine in that book who always climbed trees while she was pregnant with her son, because his father was a Glider elf who could fly, named Tyldak. So she "brought him close to the sky everyday." Good stuff.

Its funny when I think about Logan as a person, I don't immediately think him capable of certain things. But then, when I let myself remember that he's as human as the next guy, I find myself unable to doubt him capable of anything. Interesting to see that someone else thinks a poet lurks deep in his soul.
Author's Response: Well, I think Logan's avery poetic person, and that he's just as capable as everyone else to write a good poem even if it's just a one off. Hope you read my next chapter, just updated.

I get such a kick out of Logan's internal narrative. The part about feeling like a pansy was funny. Watch those spellings, you have "warp" instead of "wrap" Make "absents" into "absence." FIx those, and this will be perfect instead of just good. Okay. No more nitpicking from me. Keep writing, now. : )
