Wow!!! Crazy cliffhanger. Please update soon. Ororo and Logan's relationship just started and what about Forges's motives and I hope someone really puts him in his place for what he did to Ororo. Great job in the sex scenes also.

Jeeeesus Christ this is one of the best suspense/serial/drama stories I've read in a long long while. It's got me on the edge and your stalker is creepy as hell even if he hasn't shown up in a couple of chapters and this whole thing has been an insane rollercoaster of emotion and believe me when I say that this has been what I personally believe as the best fic that dealt with the Scott/Jean/Logan/Ororo love polygon, hands down. Even if, you know, Jean and Logan aren't telling anyone. Still, best best best. And the RoLo in this is amaaazing and I am seriously so upset you haven't updated in forever, this fic is fantastic. I really wish you would update :( !!

Crimony! That is really scary! But of course we know that Covert is a loony perv. Now I wonder where he is....

Author's Response: As we've seen in the 'Ro and Lo Show' Covert watches from the shadows. He's closer than they know.

If this were a movie, I would be munching popcorn and leaning in closer to the screen! Creepy and suspenseful. Bishop's last line has me screaming "Evil cliffhanger!" I know you will give us more when you have time, Pandora, so thanks for the update!

Author's Response: I know, I am kind of addicted to the zinger ending. I am kinda bummed that I not only haven't had much time to write but I haven't had much time to read! I see you've been writing up a storm (pun definitely intended) and I'm going crazy cuz I can't find two minutes to just sit and read.

Author's Response: Yeah, things are picking right up. The momentum increases in the forthcoming chapters. I've laid all the groundwork, now the payoff.

I was gonna ask why Jean or Det. Fixx didn't sense the three girls in the room, but then I remembered that there are no powers in this fic.

What can I say? I LOVE the way you write. I also love that you've brought in more characters from the Marvel universe. Mortimer Toynbee is an insurance investigator? Bwahaha!! Thanks for having Marie and Kitty make up. I don't like it when a guy tears friendships apart.

And "Mr. Covert" is a psychotic mofo! I can't wait to meet him! *rubs hands eagerly* Please update soon!

Author's Response: I was actually going to spin out the Kitty/Bobby/Marie triangle a bit longer. But then I realized I really wanted to kick the Covert part of the story and the Lo/Jean reveal up into high gear. I think the Marie/Kitty /Bobby business just slows things down. They have a part to play in upcoming events so I needed them to be friends, not enemies. Just like I needed Jean and Logan to make up, sorta. And I had always known the insurance guy was going to be the one to discover the smoking gun -- or at least the flattened bullet -- that linked Covert to the Mall killings. I hadn't any idea who he might be. At first he was simply going to be an original character but then I was like "well there are so many Marvel characters to pick from who can I co-op?" Toad just seemed like the perfect solution. I also decided to go that route with the detectives. Bishop was a great fit for that too.
