An intriguing mix. I don't quite see Kitty with Pyro but this was nice in a bittersweet kind of way.

Two little typos: endure looks like it should be endear, if you do a word search, you should be able to find it. And Better Then Him looks like it should be Better Than Him....I think. Both in the title, and in the second to last paragraph.
I can't wait to see where you go with this. I'm really enjoying the narrative.
