Summary: A follow up to Tryst and Contention. Twelve years later, the Howletts have two sons, Torrance and Elliot. With Torrance's twelfth birthday looming, Mr and Mrs James Howlett must face and deal with their older son's impending mutation. One phone call irrevocably changes their lives forever, possibly heralding a future that the X-men had been warned of years before.
