Wonderful one shot. I particularly liked the very vivid imagery and setting of the story. Often times it's the surroundings that give the reader the feel of the story, and yours did so very well.

Of course, the characters within are just as important, but sometimes the setting draws you into the story. Detailed and fluid are two words I would use to describe this fic. Very good work.

As for the story itself, I will reiterate what a previous reviewer said about Logan taking it slow. It's good. The setting wouldn't have felt right if something crazy happened, and the pacing of the events fit perfectly within the context of the story.

It's probably redundant to point out how the small moments are normally the ones that are weighed on the heaviest. It's easy enough to convey their relationship with a large matter of fact plot, but you conveyed their relationship with simplicity and affection, using subtleties that would sometimes go unnoticed in a large story.

Again, wonderful work. The title is more than appropriate, and the praise I give you is well earned. Plus, a thumbs up for proper grammar and punctuation. I love to read without having to reread.
