Seriously, tho': This fic has been a real treat to read. Your grasp of Marvel's characters is some of the best I've read from Fan fic writers; almost has me about to check out yer DC stuff ('tho I don't really know many of their characters other than Batman & Supes--lol)!

I don't know which is worse...Marvel fucking over our girl, or supposed RoLo shippers immediately tucking tail and writing her and Logan off. I've read your posts on group and the idea of dropping Storm/Wolverine 616 as fanfic due to the BP events, well, means you are not in fact a RoLoshipper, but a shipper of opportunity. This, of course frees up your Rogue/Wolverine 616. Whatever. I still say that if you are a true believer then you'll pull a happy ending out of yer ass. That about sums up my review.

Author's Response: I like Rogue/Wolverine, just as you like Remy/Ororo. However, not the 616 Rogue. Her, I see only with Remy. So, STOP riding my ass already….its still paining from the whippin’ I got during ‘Cleansing’. An’ I told u earlier too. My primary allegiance lies with Wolverine, not Storm. I think my nick makes that clear enough. Its Batman_Wolverine, not WonderWoman_Storm. Also, I am trying to follow canon here. Throw me a frickin' bone for cryin' out loud!!

O' snap'd string beans...! She's done it now! OOoo, this is so good, so juicy! I've read each chap. from 3 to 9 back-to-back--This fic is just that DAMN GOOD! Anticipation for #10 is at an all-time high, BW! I can't wait to see where you're gonna take this!

*chuckle* Trust me, I get why you don't wanna spend too much time on that loser & 'Ro, but like you said, the chap. had to get done. I actually liked this method for this chapter. All the emotions were subtle when they needed to be, and clearly brought out in the way things were said; you didn't need too much (if any) narration. It was impactful just the way you wrote it. Great Job!

O' course I do! Despite the absolutely appalling & dismal state that RoLo (in any 'verse) seems to be (headed) in, your fics are still--or now especially--a beacon of hope (sorry to sound corny, but I get all emotional these days...) and a shining example to me, at least, not to give up. It may take another five years or even more, but I have to believe those idiots in NYC will get their collective act together and give us what we want--what we DESERVE: ROLO, in the flesh, w/ no apologies and no excuses. Until then, I'm keepin' the Hope Alive!
