So happy to see this story at this site. Long hoped that I'd find it again on the web. Disappointed no new chapters since last I saw it, but still happy it is here. It is a masterpiece that I hope will be finished ...whenever. Just don't abandon it to the incomplete zone to never see updates again.
So touched by the wonder of it all. Great writing should be praised.
Author's Response: Thanks very much, Artist. I assure you that it won't be abandoned to the incomplete story zone. I have the next chapter started... actually it's had 5 pages complete for a lonnnng time now. Real life reared its ugly head and got in my way an' then it took forever to really get my focus back. I got 5 pages done, and have been workin' on it intermittently as events allow. I appreciate you takin' the time to leave your feedback and I really hope to have Ch. 27 up soon. Thanks again. --- W6C

It's so long since this fic was updated I hope it hasn't been abandoned. If ever a fic deserved to reach its conclusion it's this one.
I like the way you portray Logan, how you explore the darker half of him. Ororo's empathy is really well realised, her love and her strength remain consistent.
Please return to this fic and update. You owe it not only to your readers but to yourself and the characters in the story. Don't leave all those untied threads flapping helplessly in the wind.

this story is just so well written.and i felt like i was in the room watching everything that was going on! first he goes bannas and only the love of our storm seems to bring back,just when we think everything is going to be all happpliy ever after, tradgey strikes! just the way i love it and now if i keep my fingers crossed there will be a happy ending with a little bit of smut thrown in for good measure and maybe some kids or something. whatever you have coming i'm pretty sure that it will be great! please finish this one in the near future!

Work is just taxin' me with extra hours an' double shifts so it's slowin' me down even more. I'm sure it won't be a tragic endin', but I can't promise there won't be more "edge of your seat" stuff along the way. As for smut an' kids an' stuff... *thinks* we'll hafta just see. N E Waze, I kinda like where this chapter ended. It's makes a sorta soft and sappy. I am a sucker for those. But if ya got more of this, I CAN'T WAIT! :P

What a saga. I first saw this story at a yahoo group. Quite intense. W6C you have a way with words. Quite the talent with the written word. I am looking forward to the continuation in "At Death's Door"

I'm still winded from the emotional rollercoaster that this took me on. I loved it. And I chuckled at Logan's injunction to Charles to wait one more minute on that last kiss. I've been enjoying the direction this has been going so far, and I loved the last chapter when Logan heard Ororo's voice in the middle of his nightmare and got some relief from it, even if only for a moment. Great stuff. Can't wait for the next one.

It was simply amazing. I felt that the Danger Room scene was perfect, and not only because it illustrated Ororo and Logan interaction. But also showed how much he does relay on his instincts and sense of smell. That scene demonstrated that even from the beginning when Logan first arrived he felt connected to her. Ororo is such a compassionate and empathetic person. I like the kiss, there’s first meaningful kiss. What a way to wake up from an nightmare? Continue this work, regardless of what Marvel is doing. You are keeping RoLo alive though your marvelous, and incredible work.
