I love Bobby. Bit wordy on his narrative; he explains himself a lot, but that's fine for a first chapter. And I LOVE Northstar, so I can't wait to see what you bring to the table between these two. Thing is, his frank talk of his love life almost overshadows the RoLo in this story, but what we saw of it was still good.

This was funny, easy to read and well written. More, please.

I'm over here giggling about Jean's labor. She was far too calm! Yes, she put the pain in the box, but most women would be sweating and hysterical and squeezing their husband/birth coach's hand off. Maybe Haven's atmosphere had some Demerol wafting through it to keep her relaxed...never mind, just me being silly.

As usual, I like Bobby and Jean-Paul. Logan's starting to grow on me. Ororo should eventually make him a little gift too, a gesture that touches him. Jubilee used to ride roller blades in the comics; I don't remember her riding a skateboard, but I may have missed something.

Scott refers to Jean's episode as the Phoenix "the Phoenix saga?" That's funny. Most couples have the seven year itch, the Summers' have a "saga,"

I'm enjoying this.

I always love Emma coming around to stir things up, and I love how she rushed right in to scope him out and sample him. I also love the effect it had on Ororo to resume their game, he's already affecting her and making her act bad. Ororo's interesting when she's bad. Poor Hank! At least he got a kiss! The hunting scene was great, it always brings to mind the old Uncanny Claremont issues when he's just doing what comes naturally, except he isn't just reaching out to touch a skittish doe, he's actually going after dinner this time! Good work.

I enjoy your stories because you do such a great job of writing relationships between the characters that feel very real. The conversation in the ferris wheel was perfect, particularly when she told him he ruined the surprise, and he reminded her that she wanted the truth. That was beautifully written.

I also like the elements of humor. You write Jean as a real person, and a likable person who isn't the one for Logan, but she's not a bad person, i.e., no Jean-bashing, which is fine. Pushy? Yes. A perfectionist? Yes. But likable. Ororo rescuing the professor from more cake was priceless. Keep it coming.

This was fun! I like imagining Logan's little "so take THAT, Summers!" smirk, looking all smug. I like pretty much any story where other guys besides Logan are interested in Storm, because she's certainly as beautiful as Jean.
