Ya know at first I was like Beast ans was a little skeptical about Logan being school nurse but when Ororo broke it down it made sense. Nobody in that mansion gets hurt worse than Wolverine. He's been in there so many times they need to rename the med lab after him. Lol!
I did love the way he said good bye to Jean and finally letting her go so he can now heal and let Ororo in.
I wonder how Ororo will say good bye to Scott?
As always,this was beautifully done.
Thank you for the great read.

Author's Response: Yeah, they really do need to rename the medlab after him. Hmmm, future material...Thanks! And we'll see how Ororo deals with talking about Scott in the next chapter. Heheh. Thanks for reviewing. I always appreciate your comments.

I thought for sure I had left a review or two. I am so sorry for being late in doing so. I have thoroughly been enjoying this and look forward to more from you. You have made me laugh as well as be moved with this. A A

Author's Response: Aww, thank you. And don't feel bad about not leaving a review earlier. Sometimes you just start reading and the review process flys out the window. I appreciate your feedback now though!

I will laugh my but off if Logan say he'll teach art like he did in the movie. :)
I really do enjoy the conversations Ororo and Logan have. Each time they both just give a little more to each other. The story of Ororo's childhood and the anger and sadness over her friends death was so good. I was with Logan thinking that there was just something not right with Ororo showing any kind of hate or loathing towards anyone. To know that she is capable of that makes the goddess just a bit more human than probably Logan and the rest of us would like.
As always, well done. Please update when you can.

Author's Response: Yeah that quote was pretty friggin' hilarious in the movie. But no, copyright infringement and all, not happening here. Sorry it took me a minute to get back on this but a couple intense chapters are coming up, thus why I actually upped the rating, just in case. Hee.

OHH You made my day by updating!! I love this story!!! I loved the junior X-men's concern about Storm and Wolverine. However I am glad they are not going to interfere with the situation. I also love what Storm said about them being humans first. I believe they often forget that. YES Storm and Wolverine are breaking those walls down!! I am happy he acknowledged his guilt with
Storm. I love the sizzling chemistry just beneath the surface between them. You have me hooked!! UPDATE SOON!!

I'm glad Ororo swallowed her pride and made a truce (no matter how tenuous) with Logan.

I was so happy to see another chapter this morning. :) I love the deep talks between Ororo and Logan. Each one opening up to each other in unexpected ways and giving a little more of themselves with each passing. Both trying to building something and just hoping the fragile bridge they are trying to make will hold out between them.
As always, love the updates and can't wait for the next one.

OH MY! This story just increases in its intensity. Logan's whole "we ain't done yet and his desire to feel her tremble beneath him again gave me chills. I love the way you portray and convey Logan's and Ororo's emotions! Please update soon! I'm am sooo hooked

Author's Response: Aw, thank you so much! That's awesome to hear. And I actually have the next chapter coming up soon so you won't be without for long, I promise!

(aka Lychee)

The imagery you use here is some of the best I've read: "She smelled like the oasis in a desert. The only water for miles. (...) The scent of acacias was drowning him."

Powerful stuff! (not in the least because acacia trees are a favorite of mine haha)

I miss your writingggg~

Author's Response: I love acacias too but I didn't even think of that when I was writing. Somehow the image and scent fit my idea of Ororo. I'll be updating soon I promise! Thanks for stopping in.

I wonder what Ligan means when he says, "we ain't done yet"...their conversation or what most happened.

Author's Response: Maybe a little of both? I guess we'll find out next time.

So glad you are back. :) Once again this was so worth the wait. You create this emotional tension between Ororo and Logan that you can't help but feel it. My heart actually dropped with Ororo's when Logan didnt kiss her then skipped a beat with her's when Logan said we ain't finished yet. I love the fact that you used scent for this chapter. Scent is such a powerful thing and it's amazing the emotions that can be stirred up by them. Can't wait to see what's next. :)

Author's Response: Thank you so very much! I know it's taken me a while to get back into this but I really appreciate your patience with my story. And the reviews!

Damn! This was the most powerful chapter yet. There was some real raw emotion going on here. I can see why you titled the chapter pushing because there was a lot of it from both Ororo and Logan. The thing was is that it was needed. They both needed to push past the hurt they are feeling and try to start living again. And from the way the chapter ended with Ororo leaning in (cruel to leave us with that type of cliff hanger by the way. ;) ) it looks like Ororo is ready to be brave enough to take some kind of step away from tha pain. I hope Logan can take a step with her.

Author's Response: Thank you! Thank you! And I know it was pretty cruel with that cliff hanger. Normally I hate when authors do that but then I went and did it. Sorry! But I've already got the next chapter going so you won't be waiting for long, I promise! We'll see where it leads...

I love your story and i hope you continue to write it. There are too many good stories that go unfinished. The angst between logan and ororo is soo electric it could cause an atmospheric catastrophe! Update soon!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for the review. I know there was a little break in updates there but I promise to get back on it.

Wow! Logan was so harsh to Ororo and I can't understand why. I mean they both just had a great time kick'n butt in the danger room and then he flips a switch on her. All the progress they made gone in an instant all because of the memory of Jean. I'm so glad that Rogue called Logan out. Logan needs to man up and stop living in the past and realize that hurting Ororo is only hurting himself.

Author's Response: Yeah, Logan was a dick in this one, but I promise, Ororo kicks his ass for it in the next chapter. He's still got some bullshit going on and he's so stubborn he doesn't know how to let things go. Honestly, these characters have a mind of their own. I'm just along for the ride. But yeah, I don't know why but I loved the idea of Rogue calling Logan an asshole and calling him on his bullshit.
