I’m a little confused why it pained Scott to tell Ororo it was Wolverine who was the casualty since she was already there. Did I miss something? And is that true that BP has to marry before a certain age and produce an heir? Please enlighten a boycotting ex-true believer out with your extensive comic book knowledge!

Now toward the end there you had Ororo informing Scott about Wolverine so you lost me a little there. A bit confusing this chapter. I’m more than half way through but it’s almost 10pm and the night is young so I’ll have to stop here. I’ll finish the rest this weekend most likely. Looking forward to answers.


Author's Response: What I have heard for the Mantle of the BP was if he is the undisputed wearer of the mantle then he never had to get married to a royal and produce an aire apparent, but because of the fact that her was beaten by Killmonger and the same Killmonger ate the root and survived(due to Panther's mercy) He now must fill these otehr requirements to keep Kingship. Thats what was explained to me along time ago about Mantles and such of Africa.

Author's Response: As for the sympathy Scott showed was that for the feelings of Ororo. I mean if you had a friend who did love someone and you had to tell them "Hey the were hurt badly or died" How would you feel. You'd feel sympathy toward that person you knew on top of pain because the person hurt was under your command normally and when a person under your command is hurt it pains you. Hence why he told Ororo he was sorry.
