Why do those lyrics look familiar? Was that Red Hot Chili Peppers? Reminds me of "Give It Away" for some reason. Maybe I'm just hearing the voices in my head...
This was good. Feels like a prelude to some conflict that will knock our girl off her axis. Can't wait to see what's next.
The other thing that's neat about this is, it almost feels like a story epilogue, too.
Author's Response: Haha CORRECT! I'm totally in love with them so yes I definitely had to write a story that goes along with the lyrics of Can't Stop by them.
And yeah, I intended the first chapter to be a sort of like a preview type thing :) we'll see how this story goes!
