Author's Response: There's just no pleasing you (although I am still laughing guiltily here in my little naughty corner). A Wonder Woman costume would have been predictable, and at the very worst, gaudy as hell. Have you SEEN any real life Wonder Woman costumes in costume shops that aren't Linda Carter's original suit? They suck. Skip any updates to this if you feel they're too traumatic (sob, sniff). And update Once Upon a Time, fer cryin' out loud! Quit readin' my crap, add on to yours!!! (chuckles evilly) I'm going to beat you soundly about the head with Catwoman references until you give me a Once Upon a Time update!

Hah....Hah...Hah...That is me panting after reading through all of that. Man, that is the most 'religion'...any religion, I've gotten in quite some time, and it is quiiiitttteeee draining. As for the other things, I take them on name value (Cowlick?), but that is basically because I wasn't born in this part oft the world....but more importantly 'cause I'm a man. All these thoughts n' visuals are too eclictic and high for my neanderthral mind.
As for Logan and his mother, interesting take (and quite different from mine in 'Once Upon A Time...').

Well, I've the whole triumverate, the good, the umm and the no-way for you. Lets do a countdown.
The no-way first. Using Logan/James' mother's name for the kid (even more so when compared to what's to come in OUaT).
The umm, the religious-festive track. Then again, I understand that, and wish that my experience with North American (or specifically) Afro-American christian customs and norms could be as detailed. It don't work this way in the Roman Catholics back in India. They're more umm...(if you will) subdued/calm/orthodox/well, I can't the correct word right now. Also, I am not all that into the whole 'extended family'. Got a rather sizable one of my own and have a difficulty in even placing them, let alone remember their names. (**has a shudder run down the spine**)
The good, happy RoLo. What else is there to ask for.
Author's Response: The triumverate...uh,oh. I've made you feel the no-way and the ummm, that's not a good sign!!! (grins) My husband is actually Catholic, and I never converted when we married, so that isn't a religion I could have drawn from, anyway. I have a large extended family whom I don't always connect with well, but their idiosyncracies are the things that I come away with whenever I visit, and that is what I drew from when I wrote this. When you're the underachiever and the milkweed in a family of roses and overachievers, it's easy to fade into the wallpaper and make personal observations and "people watch." So sue me. Yes, I know Logan has a ****ty relationship with his mother in the 616 universe, so yeah, that name thing would never happen in the comicsverse, but this is AU, and I wanted reconciliations for both mothers with their children in this. I wouldn't have been happy with the ending without that. Again, so sue me.
Summary: This takes place during and after X3. I hope to explain things like Ro's attidue and Logans inability to treat like a person and call her by at least one of her names, besides Storm.
